Task · Part-145
Run online trainings and record results
Internal trainings — continuation content, procedures, safety briefings — don't need a classroom day. They need a platform that delivers, tracks and evidences them.

A training block splitting into small tiles that distribute along a calendar year line, each tile ticking green; a sum badge shows the annual requirement fulfilled.
BildvorschlagA growing share of training is internal and recurring: continuation training, procedure updates, company briefings. Delivered as classroom days, they cost full shifts; delivered online, someone has to host the content, assign the right people, track completions and secure the evidence.
The task is to make online delivery routine — assigned, completed, recorded — without a parallel administration next to the qualification records.
Where it eats time today
Delivery and records live apart
A standalone learning tool means exporting completions and re-typing them into qualification lists.
Whole days for divisible content
Content that splits into 15-minute units is still booked as full training days.
Completion chasing
Who has finished, who hasn't, who needs a nudge — tracked by hand.

-
Host and assign on the built-in platform
Internal web-based trainings run on the integrated learning platform: content hosted, target groups assigned from requirements, deadlines set. Where the organisation already runs an LMS, it connects instead — results flow in either way.

A learning assignment screen: training unit, assigned group ("all certifying staff"), deadline, completion bar at 64%.

BildvorschlagUnits that fit the workday
Content is delivered in short units — completable between tasks, spread through the year where regulation allows, instead of consuming full days off the floor.
-
Results become records, instantly
Completions and test results write directly to the participant's qualifications — no export, no re-typing. Classroom results can be entered against the same training, so every path ends in the same record.
[mockup] A completion event
A completion event: unit passed → qualification entry updated with date and evidence link, toast "record updated".

The functions behind it
Turn a training day into fifteen minutes after lunch
In a guided demo we set up one of your internal trainings as spread units and follow a completion into the record.

Archive and retrieve certificates
Certificates are the evidence layer of the whole system. Accepting them correctly, filing them findably and retaining them lawfully is daily work — retrieval on demand is the test.
-
Conduct competence assessments
A qualification says someone learned it. Competence says they can do it — observed, evaluated and recorded in a way that stands up later.

Report qualification status
The Monday question from management, the annual question from the authority, the daily question from the shop floor — reporting is the same task at three altitudes.
