Task · Part-145
Report qualification status
The Monday question from management, the annual question from the authority, the daily question from the shop floor — reporting is the same task at three altitudes.

A CMM presenting at a small meeting-room screen to two managers — a clean status dashboard visible, relaxed posture, mid-sentence. Reporting as a confident moment, not a scramble.

[illustration] One data core radiating three report shapes
One data core radiating three report shapes: a summary tile (management), a team grid (departments), a document stack (authority) — same source, three altitudes. Thin-line.
BildvorschlagReporting means answering the same underlying question for different audiences: the accountable manager needs the compliance state of the organisation, department heads need their teams' readiness, the authority needs drillable evidence. Each audience, traditionally, means its own manually built report — assembled from the same scattered lists, re-checked, formatted, outdated by the time it's presented.
The task isn't producing documents. It's being answerable — at any altitude, at any time.
Where it eats time today
Every report is hand-made
Hours of collecting and formatting for a snapshot that ages immediately.
Three audiences, three formats
Management summary, department view, authority evidence — built separately from the same data.
Numbers without drill-down
A percentage in a slide can't answer the follow-up question in the room.

-
The standing dashboards answer first
Green/red status boards per organisation and department show validity, expiries and gaps live — the recurring questions answer themselves without anyone preparing anything.

BildvorschlagEvery number opens
Behind each figure sits the drill-down: which persons, which authorizations, which evidence — down to the certificate valid at a given date. The follow-up question in the meeting is answered in the meeting.

Exports for the record
Where a document is required — board reporting, authority submissions — the same views export as stamped reports: content, date, scope. The report is a by-product, not a project.

-
Define qualification requirements for a role
Before anyone can be authorized, someone has to decide — and document — what the role requires: which qualifications, which competences, verified how.
-
Assign qualifications by profile
New hires, transfers, new roles: someone has to connect people with the requirements that apply to them — and keep that connection current.
-
Grant, renew and revoke authorizations
Granting an authorization is a legal act: it says this person may perform and release this work. It has to rest on verified evidence — every time.
