Task · Part-145
Assign qualifications by profile
New hires, transfers, new roles: someone has to connect people with the requirements that apply to them — and keep that connection current.

An HR-adjacent quality coordinator welcoming a new mechanic — handshake at a desk, personnel folder on the table, hangar visible through glass. Onboarding as a human moment.

A profile card stamping onto a group of person icons at once; below each person a small gauge fills to show fit. Thin-line.
BildvorschlagEvery person in the organisation needs the right target attached: what their role requires, so gaps can be seen and closed. The task recurs constantly — every hire, every transfer, every reorganisation, every new aircraft type — and quietly, whenever a requirement definition changes.
Done by hand, it means maintaining the mapping person-by-person in lists — and hoping nobody was missed when the requirements moved.
Where it eats time today
Person-by-person maintenance
Assigning requirements individually doesn't scale past a few dozen staff.
Transfers slip through
Role changes happen in HR; the qualification lists hear about it late or never.
The gap is invisible
Assignment without instant target/actual comparison is bookkeeping, not management.

-
Assign the profile, not the pieces
People — individually or whole departments — receive their target profile in one step. The profile carries the requirements; nobody re-types qualification lists per person.

BildvorschlagThe gap appears by itself
The moment the profile lands, target meets actual: who fulfils everything, who is missing what. The gap list is the to-do list — assignable straight into trainings or assessments.
-
HR changes flow through
Connected HR systems deliver joiners, movers and leavers; profile assignments follow the role automatically and flag what a transfer means for existing authorizations.
[mockup] A change feed
A change feed: "Transfer: A. Miller → Engine Shop · profile updated · 2 new requirements, 1 authorization to review".

-
Grant, renew and revoke authorizations
Granting an authorization is a legal act: it says this person may perform and release this work. It has to rest on verified evidence — every time.
-
Notify staff about expiring qualifications
Everyone with a stake — the employee, their supervisor, the training team — has to know an expiry is coming while there's still time to act.
-
Plan and run training events
Every course is a small logistics project: the right people, a room, a trainer, invitations out, changes handled, attendance and results recorded.
