Compliance as a Service

Don't buy an empty compliance system. Buy a working process.

cimoio.aero arrives filled — EASA qualifications, documented processes, user trainings — and we keep it current. Ready to operate in 6 weeks, not in 8 to 12 months.

The start of a six-week onboarding — people, not paperwork.

Everything a working process needs — delivered

Most systems arrive empty: you interpret the regulation, define the qualifications, write the processes, build the trainings. Yet EASA regulation is the same for every organisation. Compliance as a Service ends the re-inventing: the system arrives filled, and working with it is prepared too.

Software as a Service gives you the tool. Compliance as a Service gives you a working process — delivered filled and kept current. The decisions — who gets authorized, on what evidence — stay yours: the last step to compliance, and the only one left.

Assessed, documented and valid — ready to show.

Certificates

Filed as evidence, retrievable in seconds.

Every item current, every expiry watched, every decision backed by evidence — visible in one click, for you, your management and the authority.

Six weeks to go-live

A guided onboarding — compact, because the configuration and the content already exist.

  1. Weeks 1–2 — Kick-off & data intake

We take over your master data: staff, organisational structure, departments. You deliver in our templates; we do the loading.

The six-week introduction of cimoio.aero, milestone by milestone.
  2. Weeks 3–4 — Your organisation on the standard

Your roles are mapped onto the best-practice profiles. Authorizations and target profiles are assembled from the proven building blocks — adjusted to your structure, not reinvented.

  3. Week 5 — Your people trained

Prepared User Trainings for every role — on your data, not on demo content.

  4. Week 6 — Go-live

You start working: authorizations run, expiries are monitored, evidence files itself.

  5. From then on — Kept current

We monitor EASA regulation continuously. When rules change, you receive the assessment and a recommendation how to roll it out — your setup stays audit-ready without you studying regulation.

Historical certificate archives are migrated alongside — how fast depends on how they were kept. The system is operational without waiting for the full archive.

Built for Part-145 and CAMO organisations

Compliance as a Service is available for Part-145 maintenance organisations and Part-CAMO organisations of any size. The greatest leverage is in organisations from around 200 to 1,000 people — large enough that qualification management is real daily work, focused enough that nobody wants a year-long project. Smaller and larger organisations use it too.

One honest limit: Compliance as a Service runs on a fixed standard configuration. If your organisation must keep its own, substantially different processes, you'll be happier with cimoio.aero SaaS — configured your way — or a Custom solution. We'll tell you which in the first conversation.

Also covered: your tooling and equipment. The same mechanisms keep tools monitored for occupational-safety reasons under control — with ready-made profiles, an extension many Part-145 organisations switch on from day one.

Compliance as a Service for Part-147 and further organisation types is in preparation.

The fixed configuration is not a limitation we hide — it's why the six weeks work. And because every organisation on the standard follows the same regulation, improvements and answers are shared: questions are answered by a community that works exactly like you do.

One onboarding. One subscription.

Frequently asked

What does "working process" mean?

That the system doesn't arrive empty. The qualifications, the processes, the trainings and the way of working are delivered with it — you start working, not defining. What remains yours is the work itself: assigning, deciding, keeping your people current.

What stays individual in the fixed configuration?

Your master data, your people, your organisational structure — and your authorization profiles, which are assembled from the standard building blocks to match your operation. The processes and the configuration itself follow the proven standard.

What if we run one process differently today?

In most cases the best-practice process replaces it — that's the point, and it's easier than it sounds because the regulation behind it is identical for everyone. Where a requirement is genuinely structural, we'll say so early and point you to SaaS or Custom instead.

How does our data get in?

Master data and current qualification records are loaded during onboarding via our templates. Historical certificate archives are migrated alongside; the pace depends on how they were kept — the system doesn't wait for them to be operational.

What happens when EASA rules change?

We monitor regulation continuously. You receive the assessment, the change in your content, and a recommendation how to roll it out to your staff — as part of the subscription, not as a project.

How do we present this in an audit?

Live: target profiles, gap status and the evidence behind every authorization, plus exports for the record. The standard and its documentation are built to be shown, not explained.

Can we switch to SaaS or Custom later?

Yes. Your data is yours — the editions share the same platform, so a later move is a reconfiguration, not a migration.

Which content costs extra?

None beyond the subscription: the qualification content, processes, trainings and their updates are what the subscription is. The one-time onboarding covers setup and your profile library.

Does joining the standard mean losing control?

You keep every decision that is yours to make — who gets authorized, on what evidence. What you give up is maintaining the machinery behind it. Most teams call that a good trade.

Let's look at your organisation

In a first conversation we check the fit honestly: your organisation type, your current setup, your timeline — and whether the standard carries you or you need your own configuration. Thirty minutes, no slides.
